HITACHI - TRANSISTOR SIX mod. TH-611 -
Hitachi Ltd.; Tokyo - Japan ~ 1962. Pocket transistor radio with Medium Wave reception (535 - 1605 kHz). The antenna is wound on a flat ferrite rod while the Intermediate Frequency resonates at 455 kHz. The speaker is 8 Ohm, 0.15 W. The cabinet is made of plastic with perforated aluminum front. Power is supplied by a 9V battery type 6F22. On the upper right side of the cabinet there is the tuning knob, on the left side there is the volume knob with power switch and the earphone socket. The dimensions are: 7.7 x 5.6 x 2.2 inch, weight without battery is 5.9 oz. To restore the operation of the specimen visible in the photos, it was sufficient to replace the three electrolytic capacitors present in the circuit with equivalent components with a higher working voltage. Radio tascabile a transistor con ricezione delle Onde Medie (535 - 1605 kHz). L'antenna è avvolta su un nucleo piatto di ferrite mentre la Frequenza Intermedia risuona a 455 kHz. L'altoparlante è da 8 Ohm, 0.15 W. Il mobiletto è in plastica con fontale in alluminio forato. L'alimentazione è fornita da una batteria da 9V tipo 6F22. Nel lato destro superiore del mobiletto c'è la manopola della sintonia, nel lato sinistro c'è la manopola del volume con interruttore di accensione e la presa per l'auricolare. Le dimensioni sono: 105 x 65 x 26 mm, il peso senza batteria è di 168 g. Per ripristinare il funzionamento dell'esemplare visibile nelle foto è stato sufficiente sostituire i tre condensatori elettrolitici presenti nel circuito con componenti equivalenti con maggiore tensione di lavoro. Una volta ricollegata la batteria da 9 V la riproduzione delle stazioni in Onde Medie è risultata forte e chiara. © IK3HIA, 2025. |
